Hey Crafters in Modesto, Turlock, Merced and surrounding communities!

2nd Annual Spring Fling Craft Show sponsored by Soroptimist of Atwater. This is a major fundraising event. A large selection of handcrafted goods, homemade and home grown foods always means there is something for everyone. Food is available for purchase as well as a homemade bakesale for delicious treats.

Price: Admission is Free - Accepting Donation of Canned and Dry Goods for local families
Age Suitability: All Ages

Vendors are indoors and outdoors, rain or shine. This show is for Home Made, Home Grown or natural products only. No RETAIL

My service group holds a fall craft show every year for the last 22 yrs and now we are holding a spring show in Atwater, Ca. If you hand make your own products, you are welcome to come to the show. We are also looking for homegrown and created products as well, so if you are a farmer and create products out of your harvest, you are welcome to sell as well. Goods must be high quality and all handcreated! Please include a pic or two.

Anyone from surrounding areas like Turlock, Merced, Modesto, Patterson, Gustine, Los Banos, Chowchilla are welcome. Its not far!

I just love Prim crafts. From the darling fonts to the clip art and printables, I love Prim. I love looking at all of the crafts people create with Prim designs. The black crows, berry vines, stars, annies, salt box houses. You know what I mean.

Unfortunately where I live it is not popular and you rarely see Prim anywhere. I always wanted to have a craft business using Prim items, but I am afraid it would not be successful because this area is not known for it. Would they even “Get It”? I did get some stars and berry vines for decorations for my display. And I also had special prim price lables and biz cards made for my candles. Red Stars with Berry vines and checkerboard border on kraft stock. Whoopie. LOL

Well I guess my small doses of Prim will have to do me for now until I can figure out how to introduce it to the world over here. Hmmmmmmm

I was browsing my blogs today and found this great blog listing all kinds of Etsy dealers and designers giveaways and contests they use as a marketing method. You have to check out this blog. It is too cool! Etsy Giveaways is the name and that is what they list. What a great way to get people to see your handcrafted goods.

I love the way these moms are making the darling hair bows now. It makes me wish I had a little girl, or at least a neice to spoil. These princesses are getting so cute!

A friend of mine has her Shop Open and will handcraft you any type of bow you want. Custom colors, custom designs, you name it. Give Beth a shout out. Oh and she has great prices!

I found this great blog with some awesome examples of beadweaving.  So many beautiful things to buy through her store on Etsy and a real treat for the eyes.  How could you even choose one? Oh and check out her special this week! You can get lost in her Etsy site as she has over 3,000 items listed there.

Another one that was very helpful and full of info on Ditigal Scrapbooking is Scraps on Mind. Ooohhh Love them. I am going to have to get busy creating instead of surfing and dreaming!

I have been browsing the craft pages and have found so many professional beaders lately.  I am so jealous of your beautiful artwork and eye for color.  I used to play with beads a lot when I was a kid.  It might be time to try out that craft again.  Oh, ladies, your work is Gorgeous!

I had to pleasure of meeting the owner of a great chime business today and I knew I had to share their product with you all.  These are not your normal grocery store tinkling chimes.  These are harmonious, beautiful sounding musical chimes. Grace Note Chimes is the name. What an awesome small business this is, starting from craft shows.

Wow.  I found another awesome local gal working on tatted jewelry and is it fabulous!  Also on Esty, you have to check out TotusMel and her amazing craft. Who knew how beautiful handmade jewelry could be.
